Christopher Clyde Green is the founder of Verdant Consultancy, an independent educational advisory based in Geneva, Switzerland.

 

With over 15 years of experience in international education, he advises families on school and university admissions, educational strategy and student development. He was recognised as a Top Recommended education adviser in Spear's 500 and served on the Expert Advisory Panel for the 2026 Spear's Schools Index.

Christopher has held teaching and leadership positions at prominent international schools, including Institut Le Rosey and the International School of Geneva. An experienced International Baccalaureate examiner, workshop leader and Programme Leader, he has contributed to international school accreditation, curriculum development and professional education.

​

His international speaking engagements include IB professional development in The Hague and a BAMEed conference presentation on internationalising the curriculum.

​

Beyond education, Christopher was a professional actor. He has also undertaken consultancy work with the World Health Organization on mental health and psychosocial support. A former trustee of Central YMCA, he was also recognised with the Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Award for youth mentoring, an experience he discusses in a published interview.

Christopher is a contributing author of All of Us, published by Collins, and has written for publications including Tes, Dazed and The Voice.

He holds a Master of Education from the University of Cambridge, a BA in English from Royal Holloway, University of London, and is a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching. He has also completed executive education at Harvard Business School Online.
